Bangsar, Malaysia DRV HEALTH & WELLNESS SDN. BHD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all secretarial and administrative duties and functions as required by the Director.
- Exercise good judgements in managing priorities, ensuring efficient scheduling and a smooth flow of the Director’s appointments, including organizing all meetings (internal and external) and making travel arrangements.
- Facilitate meetings by preparing necessary documents, briefing materials, presentations, and taking minutes.
- Prepare official correspondence, memorandum, agendas, and external letters.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director, fostering and maintaining positive relationships with key contacts.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate effective communication.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with with staff at all levels.
- Organize and manage confidential documents and records, ensuring an efficient filing system for easy data retrieval.
- Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as required.

- At least a Diploma/Degree with Business Studies / Administration / Business Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- A minimum 5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Experience in the wellness, clinic, supplement business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Good computer literacy.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in handling various situations and demands.
- Possesses energy and a positive attitude, is a team player, capable of multitasking, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
