**Operating Hours**: 10 AM to 10 PM

As Ramadan nears, we're gearing up for a busy season at our exclusive booth at The Curve, and we need dynamic team members to ensure a smooth and successful operation.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- **Sales Processing**: Handle transactions with precision using POS systems and maintain accurate sales records.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products, helping them make informed decisions.
- **Booth Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organized sales environment that invites customer interaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in stocking and organizing products to ensure availability and accessibility.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- **Multilingual Skills**: Proficient in both English and Malay, capable of engaging a diverse range of customers.
- **Experience Level**: Prior retail experience is a plus, but we also welcome energetic school leavers looking to build their skills in a vibrant retail setting.
- **Confident Communicators**: You should be outgoing and not shy about initiating customer interactions.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Attentive to the details of transaction handling and inventory management.
- **Availability**: Must be able to work through the Ramadan period without Raya holiday interruptions.

**Compensation**:

- **Base Pay**: RM 8 per hour.
- **Sales Bonus**: A bonus of 1.5% of total daily sales is available once sales exceed RM 100,000.

**Staffing and Shifts**:

- **Number of Staff**: We are hiring 3 staff members.
- **Shift Rotation**: Shifts will be organized to ensure coverage throughout operating hours, with 2-3 staff members on duty during peak times to prevent overwhelm.
