Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Promoter to join our clothing retail team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, passionate about fashion, and able to provide excellent customer service while meeting sales targets. You will actively promote products, assist shoppers, maintain store presentation, and help create a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting clothing and accessories.
  • Promote new arrivals, special offers, and best-selling items to increase sales.
  • Understand customer needs to offer suitable product recommendations and styling tips.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge, including sizes, fit, fabrics, and trends.
  • Ensure the store floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Replenish stock, arrange displays, and manage fitting room operations.
  • Support inventory counts, unpack deliveries, and tag merchandise.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and sales-driven attitude.
  • Good awareness of fashion trends and styling.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.

  • Location : Room 8 Street wear Store Hextar World @ Empire City Mall

  • Working Hour : Morning Shift 10am to 6pm / Afternoon Shift 2pm to 10pm
