Responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems. Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. Assignments are semiroutine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems. Normally receives general instructions on most work.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent Ability to read, write and speak in English More than 3 years of experience with semiconductor UPW facilities systems operation including Polished, Advance Oxidation Process, Soft Water Systems, Litho UPW, Reverse Osmosis Product, Reverse makeup and recycled UPW system. Willing to work 12 hours rotating day/night shift schedule in a clean room environment Position is based in Penang
