Team Leadership and Development: - Support the Shop Manager in supervising and motivating the store team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance. - Train new employees on store operations, product knowledge, and customer service standards. - Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and achieve individual and team goals. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication. Store Operations and Visual Merchandising: - Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are maintained, including attractive product displays and layout. - Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing - Monitor inventory levels, participate in stock management activities, and perform regular stock checks.
