We are looking for a Retail Associate to join us as we strive to deliver world-class service to our customers. As a sales professional, knowledge of the sales process is crucial - prospecting, qualifying, selling, overcoming objections, closing the deal and follow up. We want somebody who matches our spirit and ambitions, and someone who will challenge us to constantly push our boundaries.
- Provide service, product knowledge and expertise to customers.
- Selling musical instruments and products.
- To participate in sales & marketing events, roadshows etc, as and when required.
- Accomplish retail showroom's daily tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be able to play an instrument (guitar or bass preferably). An in-depth knowledge of various musical instruments will be an advantage.
- Strong presentation skills, must be self-motivated and a good team player.
- Excellent customer service and sales oriented.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Computer literate and knowledge in basic office software.
- Physically fit.
- Able to start working immediately.
- Working on weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
