Main Responsibilities - Registered as a FRP/PRP with Pharmacy Board of Malaysia. - Responsible for incoming and outgoing record for item under poison scheduled list and inbound & outbound selling activities. - To register medical & drug items that are related to the Ministry of Health. - To approve order records in system prior to stock booking & delivery order be prepared by staffs. - To perform Goods Acceptance for drugs item upon stocks received after IT Department perform Goods Inwards. - To update and renew Poison License A & Wholesale License for supplies purpose. - Update & filing all documents related to Scheduled Poison list for inspection by Pharmacy Enforcement Officers during visit. - To ensure sufficient stocks level for drug and medical items related to Mindef contracts. - To maintain a good relationship and interaction with customers and suppliers in order to ensure all purchase and deliveries activities is running smoothly.
