**Key Account Manager - Job Descriptions**:
1. Key Account & Sales Planning
- Manage assigned **key accounts partners** (Watsons, ALPRO, Multicare, Health Lane, others).
- Plan **yearly B2B sales targets** for existing and new product ranges.
- Develop **account growth plans**, promotion strategies, and sales execution plans.
- Maintain strong working relationships with **HQ buyers and operations teams**.
2. Sales Performance & Market Analysis
- Analyse **sales performance by channel and SKU**.
- Track sell-in results, promotion effectiveness, and account growth trends.
- Prepare **monthly sales reports**, insights, and action recommendations.
- Conduct **market and competitor analysis** for strategic planning.
3. New Product Launch & Channel Expansion
- Execute **B2B new product launches** according to management’s rollout plan.
- Coordinate listing strategy, pricing alignment, sales forecast, and promotional support.
- Study modern trade, pharmacy, and chain store channels to support **approved expansion plans**.
- Assist management in **regional and channel expansion initiatives**.
4. Forecasting, Stocks Coordination & Execution
- Provide **sales forecasts and stock recommendations** based on sales trends.
- Coordinate with the operations team on stock planning and replenishment.
- Support smooth execution of promotions, listings, and launches to minimise stock issues.
