**Key Account Specialist**
We are looking for a competent Key Account Specialist to find business opportunities and manage customer relationship. You will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our long term key customers base.
Your goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationship
**Job description**
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner, through constant updates, report of progress & forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Constantly generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas
- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal
- Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as key account management
- Strong industry network
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
