**Job Descriptions**:
- Administer everyday operations for all sales activities.
- Develop professional relationships with all customer contacts.
- Determine all profit and sales objectives and design effective strategies to maintain inventory levels and manage work according to branch policies and procedures.
- Implement required safety programs and provide training to employees to enhance operations and supervise efficient working of all employees.
- Administer all marketing requirements, provide optimal customer services, and train personnel at required locations.
- Provide optimal customer services, prepare all sales paperwork within the timeframe, and resolve customer inquiries related to billing issues.
- Organize safety meetings, adhere to safety regulations, monitor phone calls from vendors and customers, and maintain and update product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the human resource department to resolve personnel issues, determine prospect requirements, and update knowledge on company products and services.
- Supervise efficient working of staff, maintain smooth workflow, achieve annual growth objectives, and develop project plans to improve business.
- Supervise product front line, monitor customer complaints, maintain efficiency in branch office operations, and manage communication with events.
- Prepare and ensure maintenance of service staff schedules, perform audits on branch activities, and prepare required reports.
- Maintain high standards of services in the branch and prepare accurate records.
- Ensure all personnel follow required SOPs and regulations implemented by management.
- Ensure the branch area and related company assets are always in safe and clean condition, and staff maintain hygiene within acceptable criteria.
- Manage staff within the branch area (inter-department), monitor financial operations, and keep track of finances.
- Understand and comply with ISO knowledge and requirements and adhere to all ISO requirements and SOPs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- Ability to analyze financial records and transfer data.
- Assists team members when needed to accomplish branch goals.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Pays strict attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor, preferably in agriculture or agribusiness.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
