We are seeking an accountant who is well versed in property development accounting systems to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records for property development projects, including general ledgers, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Perform regular financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to provide insights on project performance;
- Monitor project costs, expenses, and cash flow to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Preparation of financial statements, annual reports, and tax returns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, MIA or ACCA or other equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience working as an accountant in property development companies.
- Strong knowledge of property development accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in SAGE UBS accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations pertaining to property development.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
