JOB PURPOSE:
The job purpose for a manufacturing pharmaceutical intern is to provide hands-on learning experience in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. The intern will work under the supervision of experienced professionals in the pharmaceutical industry and gain exposure to the various aspects of the manufacturing process, including quality control, process development, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the intern will have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. The ultimate goal of the internship is to provide the intern with practical experience and knowledge to support their professional growth and development in the pharmaceutical manufacturing field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be required to:

- Analyze data and report related to OEE projects and improvement projects
- Support VSM and FLL with documentation work such as SOP ,WI, MSRA,PGA,safety interlock and loto profile.
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process.
- Learn and follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

- Technical skills: You will learn about the manufacturing equipment and machines used in manufacturing
- Process development: You will gain an understanding of the process development cycle, from initial research to final manufacturing. You will learn how to design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Quality control: You will learn how to implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Project management: You will learn how to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Communication skills: You will develop your communication skills by working with a variety of stakeholders, including other interns, technicians, scientists, and managers.
- Professional development: You will gain exposure to the consumer health care industry and learn about career paths in the field.
- Overall, this internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue a successful career in the field.
