Responsible for developing promotional strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. This includes sourcing and organizing events, contests, or campaigns for redemption items.
- Monitors social media and social media ads, coordinating with agencies to ensure the placement of all social media ads.
- Plans online marketing strategies for the organization's campaigns and maintains and supplies content for the organization's website, apps, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Plans digital marketing and social media activities, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Oversees the creation of advertising and promotional content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production. Ensures content resonates with the target audience and revises designs using Adobe Illustrator.
- Communicates with performance agencies to ensure activities occur as scheduled.
- Sources, plans, and monitors events to draw publicity and crowds to the mall.
- Liaises with event organizers, authorities, communities, and NGOs to plan mall events effectively.
- Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and third parties for required jobs and quotations.
- Updates the Visitors Tracking System and reviews mall footfall weekly.
- Implements and enforces all promotional proposals and contracts adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, and gathering resources. Implements productivity standards, resolves operational problems, maintains reference manuals, and implements new procedures.
- Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions. Generates memos and purchase orders and engages in budget discussions with superiors to ensure expenses remain within budgetary constraints.
- Performs specific or other related duties as may be assigned in the interest of the company from time to time.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
