_**Key Responsibilities**_

**Administrative Support**
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to staff and management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external documents and manage office communications.

**Human Resources Support**
- Assist in the maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and benefits administration.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies.

**Financial Coordination**
- Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and review invoices, expense reports, and basic financial documentation.
- Manage petty cash and support monthly financial reporting.

**Property Management Support**
- Provide administrative and operational assistance in managing properties.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, assist with tenant communications, and support leasing and advertising activities.
- **Qualifications and Skills**_

**Education**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, property management, or HR functions is preferred.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic familiarity with financial and HR systems.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
