We are looking for a cheerful, organized, and professional **Receptionist** to join our dental clinic. If you have great communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
a. Greetings etiquette - welcome the customers warmly

b. Maintain good telephone etiquette

c. Maintain good communication skills (with customers and peers)

e. Able to explain patients / customers seeking advice about price and treatment

f. Manage patient flow (ensure mínimal waiting time and delegate appointment efficiently)

g. Make schedule, confirmation and reschedule appointments using DrAssist

h. Maintain and update patient records using Dr Assist such as x-ray, study model, e-invoice and etc.

i. Manage dental nurse schedule accordingly

j. Provide support as dental nurse when needed

k. Manage daily general office support

l. Handles clinic inventory, stock count and order management

m. Responsible in payment collection after procedure

n. Prepare e-invoice for patient upon request using Dr Assist

o. Monitor and record all the transactions accurately

p. Maintain cleanliness of clinic environment (awaiting area, front desk, treatment room and etc)

q. Able to support the head doctor on administration task such as accountant documentation, HR documents

r. Able to support in HR roles such as employment contract, payroll

s. Other additional tasks upon the needs of the company

- Willing to learn and adapt new environment and skills
- Committed towards work
- Able to work in rotational shifts
