**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:

- Manage premium outlet, Best Shop, promotion counter renovation.
- Follow up the renovation progress until stage of completion
- Update progress flow by weekly to management.
- Conducting inspections of work done by suppliers or contractors to ensure that it meets our requirements.
- Developing a plan for managing the construction process.

**Requirements**:

- Process at least Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Business or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Innovative, creative, planning and coordination.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team work and work with less guidance.
- Must possess valid driving license and able to travel locally.
