Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Security Duties:
Monitor restaurant premises through regular patrolling and CCTV surveillance.

Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and assets by managing access control and responding to incidents.

Maintain records of visitors, deliveries, and security-related activities.

Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, including fire safety protocols.

Assist with crowd control and valet operations during peak hours or special events.

Perform nightly locking and morning unlocking routines for the premises.

Maintenance Duties:
Conduct daily checks of lighting, plumbing, air conditioning, and kitchen equipment.

Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as needed.

Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for major repairs.

Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of back-of-house facilities (storerooms, staff areas, maintenance areas).

Maintain logs of maintenance tasks, repair requests, and inventory of tools/materials.

Support in event set-ups or furniture arrangements when required.

**Requirements**:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; technical or vocational certification is an advantage.

1-5 years of experience in security or general maintenance roles, preferably in hospitality or F&B.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and safety procedures.

Physically fit, alert, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and integrity.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Working Conditions:
6-day work week

Shift-based or rotational schedule (morning/evening shifts)

Uniform provided

Meal allowance/staff meals
