**About Us**:
Our Client is a leading provider of data center solutions for a US-listed company, committed to delivering innovative and reliable infrastructure to support our clients' critical operations.

**Job Responsibility**
- Perform BIM Modeling and to generate project specific custom families and BIM templates as needed.
- To produce drawings from BIM models.
- To generate Quantity reports and schedule simulation.
- Develop 3D rendering, visualization and animation (walk-through) when required.
- Develop 4D BIM model.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.
- To monitor / checking if there is any dashing.
- Report to the Manager / Engineer in charge and perform work task assigned.

**We are looking for**:

- Possess a minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in resolving design and/or technical matters within construction related projects.
- Proficient with Autodesk, Naviswork, AutoCAD, BIM Modelling, 3D and 2D drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, good attitude and willing to learn.
- Independent, responsible and good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
