**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and implement Excel formulas and functions for advanced data analysis.
- Manage and optimize complex spreadsheets and databases.
- Design and deploy automated processes to streamline data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Utilize pivot tables and charts to visually represent data insights.
- Collaborate with multiple departments within the company to establish priorities and ensure efficient data collection, review, and utilization.
- Provide recommendations for improving business processes and systems.
- Fulfil additional responsibilities as directed by Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Social Science/Humanities, or relevant fields from a recognized local or international institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Docs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and technical tools/software.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Integrity-driven with a commitment to value addition.
- Demonstrated creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Willing to be based in Seremban.

Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
