We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote holistic development.
- Design engaging learning experiences that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Incorporate elements of play-based learning, sensory activities, and exploration into the curriculum.

**Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and cooperation.
- Establish and enforce rules and routines to maintain order and discipline.
- Foster a sense of community and respect among students, promoting kindness, empathy, and cooperation.

**Child Assessment**:

- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor each child's progress and identify areas for growth.
- Keep detailed records of observations, assessments, and developmental milestones.
- Provide constructive feedback to parents and caregivers on their child's development and learning journey.

**Parent Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's experiences, achievements, and challenges.
- Organize parent-teacher conferences to discuss children's progress, goals, and strategies for support.

**Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Able to conduct lessons in trilingual.
