Mandarin Teacher/ Preschool Teacher

We are expanding and seeking for more qualified, dedicated and fun-loving educators who enjoy teaching and nurturing their young minds.

Opening position for Mandarin Preschool Teachers, Mandarin Primary Daycare Teachers, Playschool teachers, Daycare teachers and Assistant Teachers, with a total of 4-5 positions available.

**TEACHER RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Creating lesson plans and gathering teaching materials following the preschool curriculum. Also, keeping track of daily attendance.

Collaborating with other teachers to foster good relationships and share teaching ideas.

Ensuring the well-being and growth of children in both academics and fun activities, including after-school programs.

Participating in off-site activities like field trips.

Attending monthly professional development sessions organized by the company and engaging in team-building activities.

Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in the workplace.

Keeping open communication with parents and reporting feedback to management.

Maintaining a clean and organized classroom and facilities.

Assisting with other tasks as needed.

**DAYCARE TEACHERS,**

In addition to the preschool teacher responsibilities, there are these extra tasks:
Overseeing the daily routine in the daycare, including activities, meals, and rest times.

Keeping records of lesson plans and daily attendance, including monitoring children's health.

Promoting a friendly and professional image for the daycare service.

Working with the daycare coordinator to accommodate ad-hoc daycare children.

Taking photos and videos of daycare activities to share with parents.

Ensuring a safe and inviting daycare environment.

Collaborating with management to enhance daycare services.

Being ready to take on different roles as needed.

Handling and reporting parent feedback to the principal.

The responsibilities of a Teacher Assistant are:
Assisting the head teacher with various tasks.

Supporting lessons and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.

Helping children learn and thrive.

Providing support in various areas as needed.

**Experience Requirements**:
A diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, education, psychology, KAP or a related field is advantageous. TRAINEES / PRACTICUM /FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME.

Proficiency in Mandarin is require for mandarin teacher position, and knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added advantage.
