In your new role you will:

- Implement and manage production strategies for the assigned product portfolio in coordination with global production sites.
- Lead transfer and change projects, including customer-driven escalations, in a global and multicultural setup.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product ramp-up and safe-launch activities for assigned products and projects.
- Drive performance against agreed targets for cost, yield, volume shipped, and quality from transfer initiation through ramp-up completion.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with R&D, quality, production, and supply chain teams.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans while managing tight deadlines and resource constraints.
Represent operations in customer interactions and audits related to transfers and ramp-ups.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Physics.
- Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in wafer processing, assembly, testing, or packaging.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex technical projects across multiple regions.
- Effective in navigating and managing multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex, interdependent situations.
- Working knowledge of planning and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong plus.
