**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Retail Sales Assistant to join our furniture store team. You’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect pieces for their homes while maintaining a welcoming and well-organized showroom.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions
- Explain product features, materials, and care instructions clearly
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure displays are visually appealing
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory restocking
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- SPM or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or customer service (furniture experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer literacy for handling transactions
- Ability to lift and move furniture pieces safely
- A keen eye for aesthetics and showroom presentation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn product details
- Fluent in English and/or local languages preferred
