About the role

Join the dynamic team as a Retail sales assistant for our TURBO by TOMAZ store in USJ 1, Selangor. As a full-time Retail sales assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect shoes and accessories to meet their needs
  • Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and detailed information
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Restock and replenish merchandise as needed
  • Participate in inventory management and store operations
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, helpful and engaging attitude
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customers with the right products
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and driving sales
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
