**Responsibilities**
- Familiarize and continuously optimize all aspects of the telemarketing/call center process, including team building and team management;
- Continuously summarize and identify customer needs, convert customers with lower demand into potential sales, and empower the team;
- Supervise and mentor team members, improve work processes, propose performance improvement plans, and establish effective incentive rules;
- Continually summarize and optimize based on the overall business goals of the company, lead the team to achieve the goals set by the company;
- Undertake and complete any other tasks to the effective delivery of the job expected of a Team Leader / Associate Team Leader as determined and directed by the Company from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Integrity, careful, hardworking, with strong self-drive and execution; high-performance communicator, influencer, and promoter.
- With more than 3 years of telesales experience and a minimum 1-year management experience.
- 25-35 years old.

**Salary**: RM3,700.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
