Act as Manager leading team of SAP specialist at IT HUB Petaling Jaya accountable for SAP rollout, implementation and support on SAP Basis to Continental AG Companies under Competence Center Cloud & DC operation / SAP Basis. The position of this function is to be based in Asia and be part of a competence team member in Asia.

**Geographical scope**: Support Global SAP Systems mainly in Asia time zone based on the follow-the-sun support model; Part of global team of CC Cloud & DC operation / SAP Basis support other region whenever is required; weekend on calls duty and support project tasks during public holiday in preference of business needs.

**Organization scope**: More than 80 SAP Clients used by Continental Tires' Sales and Plants organizations globally.

**SAP Scopes**: SAP servers that are hosted in the central DC maintained by external vendors including local SAP systems hosted internally for TIRES and CORP divisions.

SAP Implementation support

Provide SAP Basis support for SAP implementations for Tires globally

**Executes Project tasks for SAP projects e.g.**: SAP security authorizations, output management, etc

Maintains project documentation according to Conti Tire IT standards

Provide SAP PI Support for Tires globally

Responsible for PI development and maintain policies to achieve specific technical delivery goals

SAP Support Services

Analyzes SAP system issues and provide independent solutions and seek assistance when required

Monitor and attend to service tickets available in Service desk tools

Liaise with third-party infrastructure hosting partners in issue resolution

Contribute to overall development and strategy of the SAP infrastructure e.g. design, performance tuning, etc

Main contact for SAP Basis topics for the regional stakeholder in ASIA, with respect to project/resource allocation & coordination, etc.

SAP Knowledge Management

Conducts relevant SAP training to IT team members

Develop and maintain SAP training materials and business process documentations for IT internal trainings

IT Service Management

Monitor and attend to service tickets available in Service desk tools

Collects, provides and update key IT service measurement statistics as and when required

Ensure Key IT service measurement is achieve target and above

Leading People

Managed the Basis & PI team in the IT HUB Petaling Jaya

Administer and coach the regional team in their Talent Management cycle

Vendor Management

Liaise with vendor on KPI issues and deliverables

Liaise with third-party infrastructure hosting partners in issue resolution
