**JOB SUMMARY**
Under general supervision, operates computers and alphabetic and numeric in recording and verifying a variety of complex data, answering incoming call from clients and performs related duties as required.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
i) Print out the test report.
ii) Checking pending transmission result into FOMEMA through LIS.
iii) Verifies data input; identifies and corrects errors.
iv) As receptionist needs to understand the customers’ needs clearly and transfer the line to each department correctly.
v) Performs clerical and related office tasks as assigned, such as maintaining records of work received and work performed.
vi) Monitor consumables usage in assigned area.
**PERSONNEL**
i)Good discipline, pleasant attitude and punctuality at work.
ii) Good customer service and telecommunication skill.
iii) Willing to learn and refer to superior if has any inquiry.
iv) Answer the telephone calls regarding to our courier service and transfer the line to each department correctly.
v) Work reasonable overtime as required.
vi) Attend in-house and external training courses, seminar or conferences as arranged.
i) Maintain high personal standards of safety practice as documented in the Lab Safety Manual.
**EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS**
1. Academic Qualification
- Minimum SPM
2. Knowledge of
- Methods and equipment used in data entering, general clerical and record keeping procedures including coding, indexing, filing and comparing.
- Computer literate.
3. Ability to
- Operate computer with the speed and accuracy necessary to meet departmental standards.
- Communicate clearly orally in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Key in patient data rapidly and accurately.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
