**ADMINISTRATOR**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for general office administration.
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records.
- Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials.
- To perform general clerical and support accounting duties.
- Administrative tasks such as filling, maintaining and retrieving documentation.
- Answer general phone inquiries using a professional & courteous manner.
- Must be good in English with handling incoming & outgoing mail.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Must be computer literate.
- Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
- Hardworking with good attitude.
- Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Working hours 9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday), at **Old Klang Road**.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
