The Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRC) is seeking a passionate and strategic professional to strengthen its fundraising capacity and drive sustainable resource mobilisation for humanitarian programmes nationwide.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and donors.
- Prepare fundraising proposals, grant submissions, and reports.
- Support project design and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
- Represent MRC in external meetings, conferences, and donor events.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Development, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in fundraising, CSR, or donor relations.
- Strong proposal writing, communication, and networking skills.
- A proactive, analytical, and mission-driven personality.
- Prior experience in humanitarian or NGO sectors is an advantage.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
