A Clinic Assistant supports healthcare professionals by performing both clinical and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations and proper patient care. Key responsibilities include managing patient appointments and records, preparing examination rooms and sterilizing equipment, assisting with basic patient care like taking vital signs, and maintaining a professional and organized clinic environment. Core Responsibilities
- **Patient Management**:Greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and providing instructions or comfort to patients. Register new patients, old patients, to identify emergency case, urgent and usual case and manage accordingly.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist manager and supervisor in any order. Answering phones, handling general inquiries, managing clinic payments, and processing clinic documents.
- **Clinical Support**: Dispense medications, provide the health advise accordingly to patient, Preparing and cleaning examination rooms, sterilizing medical equipment, taking and recording patient vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature), and assisting with medical procedures.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining and updating patient records accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- **Clinic Maintenance**:Stocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring the clinic environment is clean and safe.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
