**Position Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented **Part-Time Retail Associates** to join our team. If you have a passion for wellness products, love engaging with customers, and enjoy a dynamic retail environment, we’d love to meet you As a Part-Time Retail Associate, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience while supporting daily store operations on a flexible schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner. Offer knowledgeable product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in meeting store sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and active participation in promotional campaigns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, especially new arrivals and best-sellers, to effectively educate customers.
- **Store Maintenance**: Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are tidy.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to meet store goals. Participate in briefings or training sessions when required.
- **Customer Feedback**: Help address customer concerns or feedback and escalate any issues to the store manager when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior retail experience is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for wellness, aromatherapy, or natural lifestyle products.
- Available to work **2-3 days per week**, including **weekends and public holidays**.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer functions.
