We are an established Mechanical and Electrical Consulting firm in Batu Pahat and hiring Account and Admin Executive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
- Mainly assisting in accounting (eg: e-invoicing and collection, key in PV & etc)
- Daily tasks on accounts include preparing payment recording, receipts and issuance of invoices.
- Deal with clients for payment chasing purposes.
- Any other ad hoc assignment may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge in computerize accounting (Autocount).
- Able to work independently & patiently.
- Organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong team player with positive working attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- Prefer at least 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma / Degree will be an advantage.
