Duties and Responsibilities:

1.To assist the Accounts & Admin Manager in the accounting and administration activities of the company.

2.To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.

3.To meet client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

4.To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.

5.To prepare payment / cheque and other related documents.

6.To carry out daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.

7.To handle petty cash and reimbursement.

8.To carry out bank reconciliation, data entry, updating records and maintaining accounting records.

9.To carry out staff recruitment and payroll.

10.To plan and organize staff training programmes to meet staff training needs.

11.To manage administrative activities including office security and maintenance.

12.To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements:

1.Degree/Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.

2.Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity / fresh graduates are welcome.

3.Knowledge of office administration, statutory and regulatory requirements.

4.Good skills in inter-personal, negotiating, time management and able to communicate with all levels.

5.Computer literate.
