HR and Admin Officer

1. Monitoring overall of HR and Admin job function.( discipline, training, safety and health, ISO 9001 and 14001, benefit, company policy.......etc
2) Responsible to manage (local / Foreign) hiring, human resource management and counseling, warning letter.
3) Responsible to supervise & execute of the recruitment of local employee & foreign workers. Included foreign workers permit and passport renew process. Also, process to send Foreigner going back (COM).
5) Manage Foreigner worker accommodation and weekly conduct inspection.
6) Manage company vehicle licenses and permit.
7) Manage company’s compensation and benefits, reward.
8) Prepare, update and maintain proper training records/files for each employee.
10) Handle and monitor the industrial training and attachment program.
12) Monitor Socso, Foreign workers Compensation Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance, staff health insurance policy & process claims.
13) Responsible to ensure proper implementation of employee welfare policy, basic need, grievances handling & disciplinary action.
14) Arrange office outing job such has bank in cheque, document delivery....etc
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
