**ADMIN EXECUTIVE (SALES)**
We are seeking a meticulous and hard-working Admin executive to be a part of our inbound sales unit. In this role, you will be entrusted to assist the daily operations task within the sales unit and to ensure it is handled diligently.
**Requirements**:
1. Female Malay/Chinese.
2. Must have 2-3 years of working experience as Admin Support Staff.
3. Above 23 to 27 years of age.
4. Must possess a Degree in Business or Office Management or a related field.
5. A good working knowledge in Microsoft office.
6. Good typing speed at least 25 - 35 wpm.
7. With good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
8. Possess a highly polished telephone Etiquette.
9. Possess a neat handwriting.
10. Someone who is a fast learner and can easily comprehend technical details and specifications of products and systems.
**Responsibilities**
3. Prepare sales quotations and proposals and manage and monitor the progress.
4. To help prepare open tender documents and to ensure submitted on time.
5. Communicate with customers and inter-department and others to ensure all matters are well coordinated and acted upon.
6. Compiling monthly sales achievement and other performance reports bi-weekly / monthly.
8. Supporting the sales unit with any other tasks, if requested.
**Remuneration Package**
1. Basic salary RM 2,250 - RM2,500.
2. Performance bonus.
3. Hospitalization and surgical benefits.
4. Outpatient medical treatment (reimbursement).
5. 5 days working per week.
6. Free parking lot.
