**Duties and Responsibilities**

**General Administration**:

- To assist in general administrative duties in Contract, Purchasing and HR & Admin Dept.
- To assist in the liaison and co-ordination works.
- Updating the records of Company’s vehicles.
- To monitor Company’s vehicles and to ensure prompt payment or road tax, motor insurance, the renewal of PMA and ‘A’ License.
- Providing administrative support to Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Ensure in updating data base records on all HR & Administration expenses, CIDB Green Card, Usage of safety equipment and foreign workers information’s
- To prepare payment requisitions for HR & Admin Dept expenses e.g. utilities bill, petrol usage and courier services usage
- Managing Company official correspondence, coordinate and tracking functions, format correspondence, mark recommendations, and handle incoming and outgoing corresponding documents to be key in in data base and disseminate.

**Insurance**:

- To purchase insurance such as Group Personnel Insurance Scheme, Foreign Workers Compensation Scheme and other necessary insurance.
- To liaise with Contract & Operation Dept. for C.A.R and W.C Coverage for our projects.
- To inform our insurance brokers on any accidents and to follow-up on our insurance claim.
- To assist in keeping of the incident report file for failed projects.
- To liaise with Purchasing Dept. for all risk’s insurance coverage of new assets and rental units.

**Authorities**:

- To monitor and renew all company registration and licenses with relevant department and authorities such as PKK, CIDB, JPP, Telekom, TNB, IWK, MPS, Diesel, Trade Mark and Lesen Tukang Paip.

**Company Administration**
- Act as Document Control Center for Quality Management System and Safety & Health System
- To organize on safekeeping all departments handbooks and SOP.

**SKILL & KNOWLEDGE**:

- Degree/Diploma in business administration.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
- Expert user of Microsoft Office and numerically inclined.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
