Content Marketing Specialis

**Position Overview**:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at Game Definer Sdn Bhd. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content marketing strategies to promote our business transformation coaching and Talent Acquisition services. Your primary goal will be to create engaging and persuasive content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our overall business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Content Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop content marketing strategies aligned with the Company's goals and target audience.
- Conduct research to understand the recruitment and business coaching industry, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to enhance our content offerings.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content across various channels.

**2.** **Content Creation and Management**:

- Produce compelling, well-researched, and informative content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and website copy.
- Optimize content for search engine visibility and implement SEO best practices.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging topics to create relevant and timely content.

**3.** **Content Distribution and Promotion**:

- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content promotion strategies and campaigns.

**4.** **Collaboration and Relationship Building**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, recruitment consultants, business coaches, and other stakeholders to align content with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to enhance content through visuals and multimedia.
- Build relationships with industry influencers, guest bloggers, and strategic partners for content collaboration and amplification opportunities.

**5.** **Continuous Learning and Improvement**:

- Stay updated on content marketing best practices, industry trends, and digital marketing innovations.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance content effectiveness and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret data and insights.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools (optional).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques (optional).
- Experience in using social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
- Ability to produce short videos (optional).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and business coaching concepts is highly desirable.

**Remuneration and Benefits**
- RM3,500 - RM4,000 of gross salary which include base salary, performance-based incentives, and annual reviews to ensure compensation is aligned with contributions and growth.
