**ABOUT KLINIK AZUROSE**

At **Klinik Azurose**, a women, maternity and child health-focused GP clinic, we go beyond treatment — we empower mothers, women, and parents through education, preventive care, and community connection.

We’re looking for an **Entry-Level Digital Content Creator & Marketing Assistant** who can bring creativity, digital marketing skills, and a passion for healthcare together to help us reach more families both online and in-person.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Content Creation & Management**
- Produce engaging and educational photo, video, and written content focused on women’s and children’s health topics.
- Create content for **TikTok**, **Instagram**, and **Facebook (Meta)** that is brand-aligned and compliant with healthcare marketing guidelines.
- Design and manage **landing pages** for health campaigns, promotions, or educational resources.
- Write persuasive copy for social media, website, and Google Ads.

**Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM & Social Ads)**
- Assist in **SEO optimisation** for the clinic’s website and blog posts to increase visibility on Google search.
- Help manage **Google SEM campaigns** (Google Ads) — setting up, monitoring, and reporting ad performance under guidance.
- Support the creation and execution of **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** to drive awareness, engagement, and appointment bookings.
- Monitor keyword trends relevant to women & child health to inform content and ad strategy.

**Social Media & Engagement**
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Track engagement metrics and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to produce trustworthy, informative content.

**Brand Consistency & Compliance**
- Uphold the clinic’s brand identity (Dark Blue & Teal colour scheme, Monologue Sans Regular font) in all creative materials.
- Ensure all advertising and content comply with ethical medical marketing standards.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATION**
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of **SEO**, **SEM**, and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Familiarity with TikTok content creation and trends.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Good written communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin/Tamil a plus).
- Interest in women’s and child health topics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
