Account Assistant

**Job Scope**:
- Handling account payable effectively
- Process supplier invoice from purchasing department into account system (Autocount)
- Make supplier payment based on the terms payment (CIMB Bizchannel)
- Process supplier payment into system and filing the documents properly for HQ and audit purpose
- Liase with supplier regarding the invoice, statement of account and payment
- Liase with purchasing dept regarding the pending invoice and debit credit note for return purpose
Description:
- Computer-literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & Accounting software (**AUTOCOUNT**)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills and resourceful and willing to learn
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Good positive working attitude and responsible.
- Can start Immediately
**WORKING HOUR**
Monday-Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
8.30am-5.30pm
