Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Café Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving business growth. You are able to cover for your staffs when there's need for certain emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Supply
Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies
Liaise with suppliers and manage orders
Minimize wastage and ensure cost-effective inventory control

Operations & Customer Service
Ensure smooth daily operations from opening to closing
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly

Sales & Profitability
Monitor sales performance and assist in setting revenue targets
Analyze costs and implement cost control measures
Support marketing campaigns and promotional strategies

Reporting & Compliance
Maintain operational records and submit performance reports
Ensure compliance with local regulations (health, safety, licensing)
Handle cash flow and POS-related processes

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in F&B or café/restaurant operations (2-5 years)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
