**Position**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Campaign Support Specialist to join our exceptional team. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth execution, management, and optimization of digital campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the setup and configuration of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with Senior performance or Lead Performance to develop strategies for improving campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research and assist in the creation of ad copy and creative assets.
- Implement tracking tags and pixels to ensure accurate conversion tracking.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide clients with insights into campaign performance.
- Assist in the setup and implementing SEO projects and utilizing SEO tools.
- Continuous monitoring keyword and competitive rankings.
- Execute on-page and off-page optimization tasks and provide content suggestions to enhance SEO performance.
- Participate in link-building efforts to boost client website's authority.
- Collaborate with the SEO Lead to monitor project progress and milestones, including Contribute to discussions and approaches for improving project deliverables.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on campaign progress and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance marketing or agency setting.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
