**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a Product Designer for the airasia SuperApp. You will be working with fantastic teams from Deliver vertical. The products you would be involved in are **Food**, **Grocer **and **Travelmall (Duty Free platform)**. If you have exceptional problem-solving abilities, communicate effectively, and are able to translate business needs into fantastic customer-focused solutions, we want you Join our diverse, fun and collaborative team.

**Responsibilities**
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI and visual design specifications to Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Contribute to the design system and ensure design standardization across all the team's products.
- Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
- Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 2 years experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar.
- Fluency in best practices for app and web-based information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
- Professional skill in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, or equivalent.
- Ability to focus on, manage and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to collaborate with others in a cross-functional team in different locations
- Must be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions to stakeholders
- Must have a portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design. This should also include approach and process.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions.
