**Basic Job Functions**:

- Responsible in processing inventories by ensure the accuracy, timely manner, comply to SOX compliance, dealing with internal and external stakeholders, and involve with process improvement for efficiency and scale.

**Education/Experience**:

- Experience in Supply Chain / operational experience in worldwide logistics and import/export operations or purchasing of global commodity or related products is preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field:

- Degree: Fresh graduate
- Diploma: 2-3 years of experience

- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strong PC Skills.
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Perform researching, reviewing and analyzing root cause of invoice discrepancy / mismatch/ vendor account reconciliations.
- Work closely with Global Logistics, Purchasing and/or other requestors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- A liaison that deal with vendor on inquiries and obtains vendors statements as necessary to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Process master data entry pricing requests (LIV Rates and Shipment Costs) timely and accurately.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with internal customer (Global Logistics, Accounts Payable and etc) through open and interactive communication. Work closely with many cross-functional teams on process and customer related needs.
- Participate in department’s continuous improvement activities and assist in developing working instruction for efficiency and scale.
- Understand of SOX requirements and ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley controls when performing monthly and quarterly control review.
- Provides back-up to other Freight Cost personnel, as needed.
- _Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health and Safety and Responsible Business Alliance policies and procedures that are enforced within the organization._

**Physical Requirements (if any)**:

- Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift.
- Will climb stairs on an occasional basis.
- Will lift, push or pull up to 27 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis.
- 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction, is required.
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
- May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to, steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards).
- All associates working on the production floor may be required to wear a respirator at any given time and thus, the ability to wear a respirator is a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair).
