**Responsibilities**:

- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the management.
- To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
- To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
- To take responsibility for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
- To forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- To track design or construction work changes and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- To produce or agree with the services of contractors and subcontractors who work on the project's construction, measure and value the work done on-site.
- To liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- To select or source construction materials.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
- To do other QS duties as and when assigned by superior such as Marketing.

Job Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in quantity surveying or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in pre-qualification exercises, tender bids and preparing quotations.
- Able to take-off quantities and prepare cost estimates and budgets.
- Must have basic knowledge of contractual matters.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (preferred)
