**Job Title**: Human Resources Manager
**Department**: Human Resources
**Reports To**: Managing Director / Strategic Business Development Director / Chief Executive Director
**Job Purpose**
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR functions to support the company’s strategic direction. This role ensures the effective management of talent, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Strategic HR Planning
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and growth plans. Contribute to the development of corporate goals and objectives by providing HR insights.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
Serve as a key liaison between management and employees to resolve issues, grievances, and disputes. Ensure legal compliance in all HR functions, adhering to labour laws and company policies.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Implement employer branding strategies and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
4. Performance Management
Lead the implementation and execution of a performance appraisal system that fosters a high-performance culture. Coach managers on feedback and performance improvement practices.
5. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and design learning programs to support employee development. Promote a culture of continuous learning and skills enhancement.
6. Succession Planning & Talent Management
Support the identification and development of high-potential employees. Implement succession plans for key roles to ensure leadership continuity.
7. Compensation & Benefits
Develop and manage a competitive and equitable pay structure and benefits program. Conduct benchmarking and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
8. HR Technology & Systems (HRIS)
Oversee and optimize the use of HR systems and data analytics to support strategic decision-making. Ensure accurate employee records and compliance reporting.
9. Employee Engagement & Experience
Design and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, recognition, and retention. Monitor engagement levels through surveys and feedback channels.
10. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Promote a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace environment. Lead DEI programs and policies in alignment with corporate values.
11. Organizational Development & Change Management
Support and drive change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness. Facilitate team-building and cultural transformation activities.
12. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Collaborate with relevant departments to implement workplace health and safety initiatives. Lead employee wellbeing programs that promote work-life balance and mental health.
13. Reporting & Analytics
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making by management. Provide strategic recommendations based on workforce insights.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
