Executive Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Job Descriptions- In this position, you should feel comfortable doing business research and development, task management, and communications as necessary.**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the high level executives.
- 2. Do business research and development
- 3. Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Management Team.
- 4. Accurately tracks business related expenses
- 5. Able to write reports and interactive presentation
- 6. Coordinate project planning and drive project deliverables from team members.
- 7. Develop Director’s Office procedures and systems for office personnel
- 8. Plans, coordinates and ensures the Director’s schedule is followed and respected
- 9. Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns
- 10. Leaders on matters related to Director’s programmatic initiatives
- 11. Works closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- 12. Able to handle, engage and complete all task given on time for both Director's personal and company matters.
- 13. Provides complex travel arrangements
- 14. Able to travel locally and overseas.
- 15. Able to work on weekend when necessary.**Qualifications**:
- 1. Possess diploma/degree in Business Administration/Mass Communication/International Business/Finance/Office Management/or any related.
- 2. At least 2 years experience in administration/business development/investment office/director office/ secretarial or related field.
- 3. Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- 4. Excellent in using Microsoft Excell, Word, and Powerpoint.
- 5. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media channel.
- 6. Fluent in English, & Bahasa Malaysia.
- 7. Ability to travel locally and overseas.**Benefits**:
