We are expanding and looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Marketing Manager who will help build KueMue into a household food-tech brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and has a passion for marketing and building strong customer connections.
**What You’ll Do**
**Marketing Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies (organic, paid, and partnerships) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Drive creative content development, including video, photos, and copy that resonates with our target audience.
- Oversee social media content calendars for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Ads), ensuring efficient use of marketing budgets and high ROI.
**Team Leadership & Development**
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, helping individuals grow and expand their skill sets in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Propose and implement the ideal team structure, identifying key hiring needs to expand the marketing department.
- Document processes, workflows, and creative briefs to ensure efficiency and consistency across campaigns.
**Influencer & Affiliate Marketing**
- Manage influencer and affiliate partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Track the performance of influencer collaborations and report on ROI, ensuring the brand builds a robust, engaged community.
- Drive influencer outreach and relationship-building to expand brand visibility.
**Collaboration & Optimization**
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on messaging, optimizing conversion funnels and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance (engagement, conversions, leads) and optimize marketing activities based on data-driven insights.
- Work with the Customer Support team to gather feedback and insights, ensuring campaigns and content are customer-centric.
- Optimize paid media performance and adjust campaigns as necessary to meet KPIs.
**Reporting & KPIs**
- Share regular updates with the Managing Director and adjust strategies as necessary to meet evolving business goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and continually refine marketing strategies to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing full-funnel campaigns (organic and paid).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track, measure, and optimize performance.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about building brand visibility, engaging communities, and driving sales.
- Experience working in a startup environment or building brand presence from scratch is a plus.
**Bonus Points**
- Familiarity with food-tech or e-commerce industries.
- Experience with influencer marketing and managing affiliate programs.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Experience using design tools like Canva and CapCut for content creation.
