**_Job Description:_**
- To independently plan, develop and implement sustainable trade marketing activities to build the business for the assigned customers.
- Responsible for development, execution and performance of all promotional mechanics and programs designed to increase brand presence. Conduct promotion evaluation to monitor ROI of trade promotions and measure the effect of online store & offline activities.
- Drives and support the Sales team to implement strong visibility and merchandising position in the key channels.
- Manage promoter agency and sales promoters for all brand activation activities
- Responsible in ensuring flawless execution of trade launches and plans.
- Preparation of trade presentations (internal and external)
- Reporting on competitor activity in the trade.
- Managing the entire digital marketing function from strategizing to execution in driving traffic, online sales, revenue and e-commerce growth.
- Work with the Brand Marketing team to deep-dive into web, campaign and traffic data - report on weekly performance updates, project hindsight, and discover areas of opportunities to develop into strategies
- Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention

**_Requirements:_**
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management or Mass Communication.
- At least 2 years of experience in brand and product management in a B2C or B2B set up. Experience with consumer products, electronic gadgets is an advantage.
- Proven experience in brand and communication planning, campaign development, activation of marketing plans, research, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, digital channels and online commerce with a minimum of 1-year experience.
