**Part A: Operations cleanliness, safety and Maintenance**
1.Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
2.Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
3.Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
4.Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending
5.Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
6.Monitoring performance metrics.
7.Managing cleaner rostering, ensure cleaner work well and environmental clean
8.Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
**Part B: handling residents and family members**
1.Monitoring occupant satisfaction.
2.Handling with issues, complaint and work along with the team
3.Work along with clinical and non-clinical staffs
4.Assisting with caregiving at centre if need
**Part C: Assist in Sales and marketing**
1.Communicating with upper management to develop strategic sales and operations goals
2.Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
3.Provide support to our sales and marketing departments
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
