Prepare shipping documents, invoices etc.
- Processing & monitoring of goods as well as liaise with carriers on shipping arrangement.
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
- Prepare and complete the required items for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including the packing, wrapping, labelling, shipping and delivering.
- Update customer orders into system.
- Perform quality controls on all outgoing orders.
- Responsible for end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pickup and delivery of goods.
- Keeping track and monitoring of incoming and outgoing shipments as well as proactively preparing for upcoming shipments including timeline planning.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Assist in handling day-to-day operations within the logistics and administrative functions, including the filling of documents, physically and electronically and maintain an organized record for documentation.
- Keep track and ensure customer received their goods in a good condition without damage.
- Ensure all the process in line with Standard Operating Procedure.

**Requirement**
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in this field.
- Willing to work Parit Raja (Johor)
- Must have own transport
- Basic knowledge in MS Office.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

**Benefits**:
